I have mixed feelings about this one. The pacing is slow and repetitive (as is the use of words and phrases), and it didn’t need to be as long as it is to tell this nicely laid-out dramatic irony of a story. Fyrian the dragon didn’t really have a purpose, other than to be cute. What was the Witch’s reason for needing the Seven League Boots to go kill someone? The more I think about this book, the less I like and just feel disappointed.
