So happy to be back in a good mafia trope series! This one had an age gap, and while I don’t mind when they are older, the ones where the girl is under 20 carries a little ick for me. She is 18 he is 33. 

The writing and story kept me intrigued enough to not focus too much on it. I loved how he was able to build her up and make her stronger and able to fight for herself. On to the next book!
