My friend-swap partner picked this book for me, so I decided to give it a try. It begins with Cassie running away from things in her past, but it seems the past has caught up with her.
After moving into a new town, she gets insight about a murder fixing to take place, the problem is that it's not just one person who will be killed, but many. Cassie will do what she can to inform the local sheriff and his best friend Ben. However, that doesn't turn out at all like Cassie thought it would.
Now, she must use her gifts to help them before it is too late, but there may be something deeper going on than anyone could guess.
This book was pretty interesting. It had a great plot line, with lots of twists and turns that made it very enjoyable.
But, I really didn't like Cassie all that much. She really annoyed me most of the book, and I was a little frustrated with how the relationship between herself and Ben progressed.
Other than that I liked this story, and how it had different point of views, and a little bit more in it than just the main story line.
