Highlander Claimed by Juliette Miller
3.0

I read this book only after I had finished Highlander Taken and I must say that I was not really impressed with this one.

The heroine is complex and easily likeable and I did find myself rooting for her happy end but there were so many times in the story that I just found myself frowning.
Rosses is alone with Wilkie in a cave and tends to his wounds and even though he is on the brink of death he still finds the need to fondle her breasts? And she likes it? If I were in a cave with a mortally injured man I would not let anything like this ever happen.
Then they are at the Mackenzie'^s and Wilkie thinks her some kind of angel who calms her down - fair enough. But his brothers, who both have had their fair share of women in bed suddenly have a problem with her staying with Wilkie even though she clearly is no threat. Hmmmmm

They were all little things, but still all together there were too many disturbances that bothered me.
In the end Wilkie was only lucky that Kade fell head over heels for Stella or he would have had difficulty getting away from the Morrison marriage.

ALl in all it was a good read and Miller defenitely has talent, but this was not as good as Ihad hoped after reading Highlander Taken
