This seems like a really good business book, it is told in a story telling example kind of way where we follow a small business owner running and struggling with her bakery and talking to the author about what she should do. For the most part I really liked that approach. It then goes over different ideas and themes that seemed really useful. The story approach was a little boring at the end but overall it made it interesting to consume the information. 

I hope to revisit the book and implement some of the things into my own small business in the future. Until then I dont know how useful the information would be... but honestly it seems pretty obviously useful even though I was put off at first when I thought it wanted us to go down a specific route instead of just learn from it..
