The Litigators by John Grisham
3.0

The Litigators by John Grisham has been in my (virtual) shelf for quite some time before I decided to give it a go last week. The story was interesting from page 1 where we are introduced to David Zinc, 31, is a corporate lawyer who has spent most of the past five years slaving at Rogan Rothberg, a Chicago firm until finally he snaps. After spending all day at a bar and swearing that he will never work at such a place he stumbles into a boutique two-man law firm Finley & Figg. Finley & Figg is run by Oscar Finley, Wally Figg, the secretary, Rochelle and the firm dog, AC. Finley & Figg is nowhere near the Rogan Rothberg league but at least now David Zinc is able to enjoy the sunlight and go home to his beautiful wife in time. What David Zing experiences next at Finley & FIgg is quite an adventure.
