so this book is a little bit different than any other books I usually read. Not a lot of smart, definitely more plot, the story building, character building, and overall plot building is great. I like how it’s not. “instant love“ that she shows how time passes, but in an easy way. The story starts out with Dakota having to return to her biological mom after figuring out that she had been kidnapped as a two-year-old. Laid the foundation of their relationship as well as the relationship with her new family was vital. We didn’t really start getting into the thick of The action until much later in the book I’m still confused as to how her relationship chasm & maxx will go. I do think that parts a little bit slow, but I’m also used to smut right away the animosity, and the relationship between her Tess is a little bit hard to read because I really don’t like Tess. I do feel like the majority of the younger siblings excluded Kimber get lost, as well as Paul’s role. With parish be kidnapped at the end of the first book. I’m interested to see how the rest of the three books play out. I hope that he is not kidnapped through the entire three books because that will get old. The smut is good, and the chemistry is what keeps it going. Very interested to see how and who Mr. Volli’s character is, and how that plays out. we left off with her cited on to her twitch account and calling for people to help her find a serial killer
