Alright. Let's start out with the positives. Surprisingly enough, there was some pretty good vocabulary used in this book, which was refreshing considering most smut books of this kind are written at a 4th grade reading level. So that was nice.
Looking for straight up cliterature? You've found it. You know those porn videos that have some kind of shitty story to lead into all the sex, but that's obviously not why you're watching it? Yeah, that's this book.
These two could not stop jumping each other's bones for two seconds. Like, I think the longest stretch between spicy scenes was maybe 6 pages. This was all exciting at first, but got old really fast. The smut wasn't even bad, it was just... so much... over and over again.
There's literally nothing special about the FMC (Poppy) other than she's super hot. Tyler (MMC) literally falls in love with her in just 6 weeks just because she's a hot woman who will have sex with him constantly. There's no depth at all. She's just... the hot piece of ass with a sex addiction.
Tyler actually has a character arc, but a weak one at best. His thought process for 90% of the book makes absolutely no sense, one paragraph saying how he feels guilty and wants to confess and find his way back to God, and literally in that same page will be fucking Poppy in the church...? He's also pathetic; crying to God one day and then letting himself be Poppy's doormat the next.
Overall, this was not a good book, and I would only recommend it to the chronically horny.
