As an introduction to Nicola Davidson this story was definitely attention grabbing. I listened to this in one sitting. I’ll admit the miscommunication trope is my least favorite so I struggled with the conflict premise, but I quickly warmed to the characters overcoming this opinion. I am intrigued to hear the stories of Vice & Sin as I was fully one over when Vice took Eliza to task pushing her to fight for her man. It is an interesting take to have a club such as Fallen being a place of acceptance and freedom to be oneself without shame. Eliza & Devil’s true forms coming to light is what truly made the story. The fact that they were a true match in the end once they got out of their own way and started being themelves. A truly entertaining story when all is aid and done.
