Little Beach Street Bakery by Jenny Colgan
5.0
A cosy escape from still crazy goings on in the world.
After a break up and going bankrupt, Polly moves to the seaside village of Mount Polbearne to get away from everything — and opens up a bakery!
There’s good looking fishermen, bee keepers and a stern bakery owner. Not forgetting a little puffin!
This book makes me want to low-key up and move to somewhere like this and throw myself into bakery. Jenny Colgan is excellent at character development and I immediately want to pick up the Christmas special from this particular story line.
