I listened to this one since it was free on the Libby app.
I don't normally listen to Mystery/Thrillers, but figured I give it a try.
To be honest I don't think there was anything very thrilling about it. The characters felt distant and weirdly obsessive and dumb, like literally they weren't very smart. haha
It was like watching one of those scary movies where the characters keep doing the dumbest shit and get themselves killed.
The "twist" at the end wasn't surprising and fell superrr flat for me and the transition into the twist was so weird and rushed. I don't know, maybe it just wasn't for me.
