I had such abnormally high expectations for this that I'm actually pretty disappointed. I've read a lot of Kaur's work on her Instagram and I related and felt so connected to what she was saying. But this felt too personal for comfort, I couldn't connect to any of it and some of them were so short I'd barely acknowledge them as haikus.
