I listened to this as an audiobook and thought it was brilliant. Gripping throughout, the story paced really well. Arguably the last couple of chapters could probably have been pulled in to one (we may not have needed some of the detail) but a good ending that for the most part was unpredictable.
The characters were a little one dimensional , in the sense that we never really got to know any of them really well, including the protagonist, Saffy. But all played their parts well with none feeling out of place.
I solid 4.5 from me, I’d definitely recommend
