3.5 stars. . . It probably would have been higher but the MMC calling his penis "Charlie" Is a no-go for me.
Not a lifechanging book, but I had a good time. I really enjoyed the meddling aunties and how Kareena was receptive to their attempts. I also loved seeing Kareena go on so many terrible dates, and have so many horrible online dating conversations. It was funny and messy in the best way.
Prem might be the dumbest doctor I have ever seen. IQ might be high but is EQ was on the floor. He was obsessed with Kareena from the jump and just kept falling more and more in love, but stood strong on his "love isn't real and i'll never fall in love" Also, I hated his fight with Kareena's sister. I would toss that man out so fast if they spoke to my sister like that.
Kareena was good, but not my favorite FMC. (shout out for being a badass lawyer & swiftie) I loved how she stood up for herself with her family & bad dates, but I was really thrown off by her shy-ness during the spicy scenes. I wish she had been more forward, like she was in her daily life. I loved her D&D date though! So funny. I want to read that man's nerdy love story.
This was the book that has been sitting on my TBR for the longest so I am happy I finally got around to it. I didn't love Prem, but I will definately pick up another book by Nisha Sharma!
