It was such a pleasant surprise when I played the audiobook and heard David Tennant’s voice. He is such a fantastic narrator and made the book even better than it is.
I knew beforehand that the movie and the books were different but wow, it’s literally completely different. I obviously watched the movie first and it’s one of my favorite films, but I actually didn’t mind that the book was essentially a different story. I think it’s amazing that both versions turned out so great.
