Very confused by all of the high star ratings. I thought this was super cheesy and the mother was a total idiot. She blindly moves to LA and then stays for another 10 years after her miscarriage instead of just going back to London when she was miserable? she never even liked frank before moving across the world with him! And then she just let years go by without trying to connect with her daughter… obviously the letters weren’t getting through! I also thought her love for edward was weird since they met twice??
