I didn't really enjoy this Mary Kay Andrews book. It had a lot of characters introduced in a short period of time. The real estate/construction/zoning aspect was confusing to me b/c I know nothing about it. So some terms, that probably would have helped me understand better, I just didn't know. I found Callaghan annoying and the racism was offensive. It all just fell flat.
