Oh my goodness Hannah. This book. The rawness, the realness. I read this as an ARC.
FYI there are trigger warnings for those that have gone through infertility, endometriosis, and marriage conflicts.
In the book Paige and Kolt have been together since they were 17 years old. They married young and years later they are in careers and they are trying to have a baby.
Their struggles lead to them separating. But the beauty is in the coming together. The common struggles. The understanding. The remembering their love, their desire to be together, and letting love conquer.
They put in the work. They put their heart and soul in to see if they’re able to save their marriage. To fight for their marriage.
It’s tender. It’s raw.
You have Kolt, the “wrong side of the tracks,” grumpy, hockey player. And Paige is the only child, loving family, physical therapist, and hopelessly in love with Kolt.
It is marriage in peril. Childhood sweethearts. “My wife.” Infertility journey. And it’s open door, there is spice. This is the second book in the series. And she’s already announced the release of the next book.
If this speaks to you. Read it. Add it to your TBR.
