Once Upon A Wild Fling by Lauren Blakely

5.0

Rock star Miles Hart (who's giving up his solo career to join his brothers in their band, The Heartbreakers) has given up on relationships since his ex left him alone in the hospital with their baby boy, shortly after she gave birth. Roxy Sterling has been on so many bad dates that she's given up on love, too, and had herself artificially inseminated to fulfill her dream of having a baby. The two of them have spent plenty of time together in group gatherings (since her brother is his financial manager and his brother is engaged to her best friend), but when Miles is invited to play at his high school reunion (as he once promised to do), he asks Roxy to be his plus one to keep any overly aggressive fangirl classmates away from him. And so it starts.

I love the entire Heartbreakers series. All three books are about family, friendship, parenthood, love, and coming together to create all kinds of blended families. Miles and Roxy are too cute together, with their flirty talk and texting. They actually have fewer problems getting together, since their friends and/or siblings have paved the way with their relationships. Guess that's one of the perks of being the baby brother. While Once Upon a Wild Fling actually isn't that wild, it's still a fabulous book.
