Season of Storms
by Andrzej Sapkowski
My favorite of the Witcher books. I wished there were more standalone novels like this in the Witcher series. Issues are brought to fruition in a couple days' worth of reading, rather than weeks or months.
I really loved all the books. I'm a fan of everything Witcher.
He gets himself into plenty of trouble here, and plenty of side-quests. Imagery was fantastic, as expected.
I would've loved a bit more fighting with the Witcher having his swords. In the saga, he never had his elixirs or potions to use, but he had his swords. In this, it was the exact opposite. Ya just can't have both together, right?
