The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas

5.0

Alexandre Dumas put on an absolute clinic when he crafted this unassailable banger. The greatest revenge story of all time. Edmond Dantés is the baddest man to walk the planet, our spite king and deliverer of divine Providence. My mans was literally Batman before Bruce Wayne ever attended the Opera in Crime Alley. Also not enough emphasis is made on how elite most of the names in this book are. Albert de Morcerf, Noirtier, Frank d’Epinay, Maximillian Morrel, Luigi Vampa, Gerard de Villefort, and Baron Danglars to name a few, all 12/10 names. Also special shoutouts to my queen Mercédès, and the GOAT Abbe Faria. This book rocks so hard, even better than I remember it being.
