Truly incredible read. It made me feel sick, feel scared, feel hopeful. I could not put this book down.
I will say, listen to the content warnings. This is a hard read at times. I found it to be worth the discomfort, but for those who have personally experienced some of these things, pushing through it may not be. This book does not shy away from difficult and uncomfortable subject matters, and I feel it’s better for it.
