I just rly love this book. The way Emily Brönte ties her characters, the description of things, & the overall plot is great. She knows how to write characters in a way that at first you may resonate with them & feel for them only to walk that back & make you reevaluate your feelings of them. All the adult characters are awful, I’ll let the kids actions slide only bc they were dealt a poor hand.  It’s one of my fave books and it left me feeling in a way of oh that’s it (complimentary).
