Thinking in Systems: A Primer
by Donella H. Meadows
I listened to this on audiobook. I respect the hell out of Meadows' intentions and intelligence here. The prose on system designs, while intended to be accessible, still had me search terminology. I think this would be a good intro to bigger picture thinking for a lot of people besides that. My one other criticism is that I found the continuous example giving of systems repetitious - maybe it's just I wanted to dive deeper and this wasn't that book.
