Kill for Me by Karen Rose

4.0

Monica was just like any other teenager. She disobeyed her mother and was into chat rooms. You know how everyone has warned you about chat rooms and that appearances can be deceiving, well Monica should have heeded their advice.

Now several months later, Monica finds herself in the possession of some very evil people, who are part of a human traffic ring. The police are closing in on the location of this traffic ring. Unfortunately when officers Susannah Vartanian and Luke Papadopoulos get to the location, they are too late. The horror that awaits them is so hideous that it makes you cringe to think about it. The only good thing that Susannah and Luke can say about the whole thing is that they have one survivor…Monica.

Susannah and Luke have made it their mission to bring down all the people involved in this ring. It won’t be easy as someone is trying to take out their only witness.

Susannah Vartanian and Luke Papadopoulos make a great duel. Susannah is quick on her feet and can relate to her victims. Luke has a tough exterior and a no-nonsense attitude about him. They balance each other out as well as keep each other in check. I first fell in love with Karen Rose‘s books, when I first read You Can’t Hide. There is just something about her writing that draws me in and leaves me wanting more. She has a great knack for suspense and wonderful characterization. Once you start reading one of her books, I dare you to put to put it down. You will find yourself having a hard time doing so. Kill for Me is one book you should not walk but run to pick up a copy of today
