The Professor's Daughter
by Joann Sfar
I found out that this was one of Sfar and Guibert's first published works. It's a little thin on story, about a professor's daughter and her relationship with the mummy of Imhotep IV (they don't explain why Imhotep and his father are living mummies and other mummies aren't; just roll with it). High adventure pacing, some good twists, but a few twists were too convenient (such as Lillian's admission to loving Imhotep IV) and the characters are a little slight. Guibert's art is nice, however.
