My first re-read of the year!! I absolutely love this book! It is definitely one that I will always be willing to read. I honestly wish that the movie was more related to the book. There was so much more detail in the book.
I will admit that there is some parts that I am confused about. In the movie, Madame Giry is the one who knew and met the Phantom, when she was a young girl, however in the book I don't think she had ever actually meant him.
Also, Erik, or the Phantom has no nose! Like he has a fake nose. My question is how did he get a fake nose in like the 1800s?
