It was a great book overall especially the PLOT TWIST
Spoiler but it just felt incomplete especially AJ never saying I love you back and it seems so significant to their relationship and her fixation with 3 it seems like it would’ve been the perfect thing to end on but I get its also supposed to be more about Sam and not her relationship. Also I feel it’s kind of weird AJ is starting to meet these important people in her life but we don’t see Sam get to meet his brother or his mom and get their reactions to putting the pieces together I loved her character development but I felt there should’ve been more to the “Poets Corner” like they could’ve written a letter or a poem to Caroline’s parents explaining how their daughter has helped generations of students at that high school and ended the book on opening clubs in school like “Carolines Corner” throughout the county or something more significant then ending on Sam writing a poem for Emily and Caroline coming back for a brief second.
The book overall and the lesson made this book so wonderful and the high school experience got to me but the ending and some parts in the story felt missing like her story was incomplete so that’s why I rated this book 3.7 stars.
