My previous read was pure angst and I needed something light to put a smile on my face and this book by Max Monroe did the trick. I love a good fake relationship romance and when you add in friends to lovers, well that made it even more special. Callie and Luke have been friends since their first meeting in college (cue hilarious "meet cute") and despite their closeness they've never been anything more... until Callie needs a favour and a fake romance ensues. This was a great read that had me laughing out loud as well as feeling for both characters.
