little sis had this sitting around and picked up to see why the kiddos like them so much. between the beautiful illustrations, relatability, and wit, it makes sense why they fly through them. the first book came out when i was in 6th grade, which is the last time i read anything in the series. how the hell was that 12 years ago…..
