House of Names by Colm Tóibín

5.0

I adored this book. Colm Tóibín brought humanity to the villain of a Greek myth. I despised Electra entirely throughout the story and found it so difficult to understand why Agamemnon wasn't a villain but it worked really well and gave an insight into how the culture may have been at the time.
Highly recommended.
