I really really enjoyed this book. The characters felt real and flawed, but also amazing. The audiobook of this book was STUNNING. Lameece Issag and Amin El Gamal Were both outstanding voice actors. | Cannot wait to read the next book in the series. This was such an enthralling book that doesn't stop for even a moment. I also deeply appreciated reading about older adult characters in a fantasy setting. 

I feel like most fantasies tend to have young  characters. I want to 

be a passenger on the Marawati desperately.
