The Iron King by Julie Kagawa

3.0

3 stars

This book deserved a solid three stars for me.
I did not love it or think it was amazing or exceptionally good.

I'm not going to write a review merely because Im not up to it.
At least right now.

There isn't a lot of things I liked about the book. Honestly.
I loved the world Kagawa created and that's about it.

Meghan was horribly dull and stupid at times.
At one point she came up with this idea on how the Iron Fey came to be while she's clueless and simple things.
Sigh.

Another was Ash.
I liked Ash because I like ass-hole characters. So what didn't I like?
Well, its no spoiler that he is a potential lover for our Heroine, so don't freak out like this is some big spoiler.
Ash acts like a dick all the time and then suddenly he's all mushy and gushy with her.
BAM. Insta love.
Lol I did not like that. Hopefully there was some other hidden agenda behind that and we find out in the next book! It was just too unrealistic for me.

Other than a few other things the book was fairly enjoyable.
