I wasn’t necessarily super let down here, just thought I was in for more of a fluffy read than it was! I found Marvin and Olan’s relationship to be lacking some maturity and proper development, but not sure if I would contribute that to just general pacing or just not enjoying the sort of fast-fall dynamic of their relationship. Also found some of the overt pop culture references to be a little cringe.
