The Book: On the Taboo Against Knowing Who You Are by Alan Watts

5.0

Another gem by Watts. It's a short but powerful read - basically tackling the concept of "I" and what makes a person, them. This is one of the must reads, and will change the way you see things and people around you.

Although, I must warn you, it is a very difficult book to read. Watts is very abstract, so you'll either need to read slow of multiple times. Either way, set aside time to read it without distractions around you!
