Halsey has some real rip your heart out poems in there that make you say “oof” out loud to yourself, don’t get me wrong, but there’s a lot of repeated and belabored themes that made me look to see if i’d read it before. Like the other reviewers said, the collection could have been more edited and refined. I give it 2.5 stars overall (and 5 stars to the poem “Stockholm Syndrome Pt 2” which was so good I saved it to read again)
