I haven't given much thought or attention to second chance romances before, but reading Face the Music made me realize it's something I'd definitely like to read more of.
Lincoln and Jace's story was heartwarming and beautiful. I loved how well the author created a balance between the two, with Lincoln's self-harm and Jace's doubts about his sincerity.
I absolutely LOVED the full-circle ending and I'm definitely looking forward to reading the rest of the books in the series.
Re-read 03/2020: It was an impulsive reread and I loved it as much as I loved it the first time around.
