Sadly, this book fell flat for me. Maybe it is because I adored the first one?? Are the autumnal vibes there? Yes. Is it a little bit spooky, sexy, & mysterious? Yes. HOWEVER, the biggggggest issue for me is the CHEMISTRY. Omg. The love interests are supposed to be enemies to lovers but my goodness I just didn’t feel the chemistry at all. I personally wish that the male love interest & the female villain (being vague to avoid spoilers) switched places. I understand that the books are about the three brothers but aren’t the cousins the MAIN characters? I really just wish that there was more chemistry between the love interests or that our main female would have ended up with who the villain turned out to be…idk. Just disappointed.
