I read this for a class assignment and I thank my professors every day for introducing me to this short story. It’s so well written, Le Guin’s storytelling is so vivid. I love the quotes that came from this and the topics it raises. Anyone who likes sci-fi, or even is just interested in a story that will leave you wrecked, what can you do but hold your hand out in the dark? Read it, trust me.
