the book was honestly not bad for the most part—i was hooked throughout and could not put it down. the ending is kinda ridiculous though

bc how could you possibly date someone for that long not realizing that it is literally the same person you dated before… and the fear of dogs just magically disappearing bc “peggy was just that easy to love” literally made me laugh

and it was poorly executed. i really wanted to like it bc i genuinely did enjoy it until the end, but it just felt really rushed and the two leads were insufferable lol
