Novelist as a Vocation
by Haruki Murakami
DNF (129/205p). Somehow this book taught me not a whole lot about what it is to write (and definitely not about writing something else than novels but I could have known that by the title). And somehow it also made me not like Murakami as a person; he comes across as... a bit arrogant. Anyhow, it was worth giving it a try. The best part was where Oliver Sacks is quoted with his definition of creativity ("it's not a what, it's a who").
