This was my first Alex Finlay book and I really enjoyed it. I had both the ebook and audio copies thanks to St. Martin’s Press and Macmillan Audio so I was able to use both to fly through it. It had me constantly wanting to turn the next page or listen more. There were so many pieces to the story that I was curious how everything would come together.

Ryan loses his girlfriend Ali in an abduction and because he’s knocked out, he has no idea what happens to her. Even though he moves on with his life, he always knew there was more to everything. Years later, while he’s studying abroad, he sees the man of his nightmares. He risks a lot to follow the man to try to get answers.

I enjoyed the multiple narrators. It really gave depth to the story.
