An interesting look at a different way to give birth. I definitely am not fully on board with every thing in this book, but I loved the discussions about the physical things that are happening in our bodies when we give birth and ways we can relax ourselves. I feel like this book is a good jumping off point for someone who isn’t going to take each word as gospel.
