Our Iceberg Is Melting: Changing and Succeeding Under Any Conditions by John P. Kotter
1.0
Another one we read as a team building/"soft skills" development activity at work. The writing is really cheesy, overly simple, and feels like storytime appropriate for schoolchildren. I didn't get anything out of it.
I also have a hard time putting up with any books that contain advertisements for themselves or wherein the authors praise themselves and go on and on about their accomplishments or their writing. There was a significant amount of both here.
