One of my least favorites of Junji Ito's works but his art and storytelling is still incredible. This is just about what I expected it to be. Some mentally ill crazy kid with the knowledge of dark magic, how to curse people, how to bring people back to life, etc. uses it all for bad purposes. If he's upset with someone for the smallest reasons, they shall expect to be tortured. He's just some kid cursing and trying to kill people just to be a jerk or to entertain himself.
