This book is a great resource for Trek fans, covering everything from the process of creating The Original Series to the main and guest actors' backgrounds, the Nielsen ratings for every Season 1 episode, filming schedules and audience reactions. I particularly appreciated the outline of the writing schedule for each episode along with discussions about who wrote what parts of what we finally saw on screen, and why.

I can't wait for the next volumes on Seasons 2 and 3.
