I am fundamentally convinced that the Wim Hof Method is credible and I have started with the cold immersion and the breathing for myself. (I even signed up for an online course about the WHM...) So on that basis this should have been a 5 star ⭐️ review...
However, I didn’t enjoy the flow of this book at all. This is probably a very personal judgment and opinion, but I felt that the story could have been much better told, with clearer boundaries between Wim’s personal story, his techniques, and the scientific evidence supporting his claims.
