Unthinkable by Dani Galliaro

5.0

Jack’s a divorced dad and a hockey enforcer who's just trying to keep his life together. Enter Mara O'Connell, a single mom with chronic health issues, and—surprise—an agreement for a marriage of convenience. They need each other’s help, and when Jack’s nanny quits for the fourth time, it’s game time for these two. The plan: pretend to be in love for the sake of their kids and keep the peace. Easy, right? Wrong. Because Unthinkable might just turn into something real—and fast. 🏒❤️

From unexpected femdom vibes (did NOT see that coming but wow, I loved it!) to the perfect banter and sizzling chemistry, Dani Galliaro nails it again. The characters? Pure gold. I was rooting for Jack and Mara from start to finish, especially with their funny, tender moments, and the way they care for each other’s kids. And the side characters? Chef’s kiss—this world is so rich and fun!

I honestly thought book one had set the bar too high, but Unthinkable totally delivered. You get laughs, heart, heat, and a whole lot of feels. Trust me, if you love witty romance with a bit of hockey flair and real-world struggles, you NEED this one in your life. 10/10.
