What can I say? I fucking love Rhys Dupris.

What a man. What a thoughtful, sweet, big man.

I enjoyed this book sooo much, especially because there was zero drama!! not a single third-act breakup (just when I thought it was coming, the characters ACTUALLY GOT THEIR SHIT TOGETHER AND TALKED. My god, is it really that hard to have conversations like that in EVERY BOOK?!)

Sorry, got carried away 😅

Back to the review: the plot was interesting, and while the characters were a little immature and dramatic at the beginning, they thankfully grew.

The side characters? Well, I know my family when I see them—they were spectacular as always. 🥹🫶🏻

The pacing was good. The story itself is just sweet. Honestly, I believe this is one of the best stories Elsie has written.

I’m still debating how I would rank my men in the Rose Hill series.. don’t rush me, we still have Bash’s story left (and I’m beyond excited, if you ask me).

Anyway, I’d recommend this book if you’re looking for something lighthearted (maybe..? It does touch on a subtle, heavier subject so idk) I’d say read the blurb and decide from there, but for me? It was a hell yes.

Hope you love it too. 💖
