Caging Skies
by Christine Leunens
Tbh, I'm here because of JoJo Rabbit.
The book surprised me by going four years beyond the war, where the film stopped at the end of WWII. For all the film was grave and the humour dark, this book was even more so.
A good read, but not what I was expecting. More psychological, less innocent, no Taika Waititi Hitlerisms.
